  • Microsoft Windows Small Business Server
  • Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services
  • Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
  • Microsoft Operations Manager
  • Microsoft System Center Essentials
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Remote Access & VPN Technologies
  • Firewall Installation & Configuration
  • Remote Network Monitoring
  • Mobile Communication Solutions (i.e. BlackBerry Enterprise Server & Windows Mobile Technology)
  • Wireless Networking in a Secured Environment

Ideal candidates will have the following personal characteristics:

Although a 4-year college degree is desirable it is not required. What really matters in our business is the ability of the technician to communicate effectively and professionally with our clients and to remain on the cutting edge of technology and innovation. We encourage the passionate pursuit of education and the ability to successfully utilize knowledge in a way that is useful, meaningful and valuable to our clients. Industry certifications are a big plus.


Reports to: President, Spartan Networks

Location: Home-based in a remote virtual office setting

Travel required: Local DFW Metroplex

Hours: Monday through Friday during normal business hours; some weekends and after hours as required for major projects or emergency customer support as needed.
