We'll immediately begin onboarding your website with the new maintenance plan you've selected.
We’ll take care of all the WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates. And we’ll use visual regression testing to make sure your site wasn’t negatively impacted by any of the updates. If it is then we’ll fix it, too!
We’ve got a team of WordPress professionals on standby ready to update your site content! Whether it’s uploading a new image, publishing a landing page, or anything in between, we’ll take care of it!
You do not want to be caught without a backup when the unthinkable happens. We’ll create daily backups and store them securely offsite so that if your host fails, your site can be back up and running in no time!
Plugin and core updates are notorious for not playing nicely with each other and breaking sites. Our visual check process alerts our team if any discrepancies are found.
This is fundamental. Your site needs security monitoring to protect it against the malicious malware and hack attempts that are sure to happen. We’ll keep your site safe, and if we ever find anything malicious, we’ll clean it up for you!
We’ll provide you with monthly maintenance reports that keep you up to speed with everything going on behind the scenes of your awesome website. This way you’ll know all the value you’re getting without even having to ask!
We’ll answer that question by suggesting that you start with a Google search:
Google this phrase –> “hackers target vulnerable wordpress sites”
Search for that phrase and you’ll see immediately why it’s so important that you protect your site and keep it updated & maintained.
Bottom Line – hackers are after your site and they will never stop hunting for new victims. Get used to it and commit to do something about it because your business is counting on you.
There are many reasons to keep your site maintained but those are our Top 3 most important reasons.
The Unlimited Content Edits plan covers anything that takes 30 minutes or less to resolve.
Examples include adding or editing content like blog posts (but with content YOU provide to us), WooCommerce products & pages, editing menus and widgets, installing and activating plugins, and much more.
Under this plan you can submit your content edit requests to our team 24/7. Once a request has been assigned to one of our team members it will be resolved within 8 hours, and sometimes much faster.
Services that are NOT included in the Unlimited Content Edits plan include copywriting, content creation, researching and writing entire blog posts, entire site builds, landing page builds, custom WordPress development, SEO research & analysis, or keyword research.
Don’t worry! We provide all of those services but they are part of our other plans.
Have more complex issues? No problem! We’re happy to troubleshoot more complicated issues and then discuss what kind of resolutions we can offer to best fit your needs.
Here’s a more comprehensive list of the most common things our 24/7 team does.

We can also take care of the following requests, but they may take a bit longer than our usual turnaround time:
Here are some of the items that are NOT included in the Unlimited Content Edits Plan:
If at any time you have questions about what is or is not included just reach out to us. We will always try to help and at the very least point you in the right direction. We’ll never leave you hanging.
It’s easy to submit a content edit request!
All you need to do is simply email your request to our content edit request email address. It will be received by one of our engineers who will resolve the request within 8 hours and, in most cases, probably much sooner than that.
When you send your email request to us you’ll receive an email confirmation to let you know we received the request and are working on it.
Whenever we receive a content edit request our engineers evaluate it to make sure it fits within our scope of service.
If we believe a task will take more than 30 minutes we’ll submit a quote for your approval before we proceed with the work.
Occasionally there are requests that our engineers cannot carry out under the Unlimited Content Edits plan because it falls completely outside our scope of service. However, we’re still going to troubleshoot the issue and let you know what your best options are.
We’ll never leave you hanging!
Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days and week, 365 days a year.
We strive to complete all tasks within 8 hours but, in many cases, our engineers are able to finish them much sooner!
Our maintenance service runs during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
You bet we will!
If you are currently hosting your WordPress website elsewhere we can help you migrate it to our hosting platform if you so desire.
When you host with us, and choose one of our maintenance plans, your site will be hosted on either a Shared Hosting server in our environment or, even better, be hosted on a Dedicated Hosting server.
And, the cost of hosting will be included in the price of your maintenance plan. No additional fees!
In a shared hosting environment you typically have a single hardware server that provides hosting for many different websites. On a single shared hosting server you could have hundreds or even thousands of websites all living on the same piece of physical hardware.
Why does that matter?
If you expect to have a lot of traffic (i.e. potential customers) coming to your website you want to ensure that the site performs extremely well so that visitors don’t get frustrated and leave (aka “bounce”).
In a shared hosting environment it means that all of the websites on the server are forced to compete for hardware resources and that can have a direct impact on the performance of YOUR website.
If other websites are hogging all the CPU cycles, storage, bandwidth, and system RAM then your site is going to struggle to keep up with your site visitors. You definitely don’t want that happening!
The better solution is to “own” the server your site is hosted on. That’s what we refer to as Dedicated Hosting and it means that your website is the only website living on that server and, therefore, is not required to compete for hardware resources.
You will need to provide our team with WordPress admin & FTP credentials for the sites you want us to support and maintain.
If we are designing & hosting your website then we will already have the necessary login credentials.
If your site was designed by another design agency then we’ll need for you to ensure that they can provide us a WordPress user account with admin rights. We’ll also need FTP credentials for your site no matter where it is hosted (with us or a 3rd party).
Once we have all the necessary information, one of our engineers will log into the site to install our plugins and get the site connected to our remote maintenance system.
We’ll also run a quick test of the offsite backup system and make sure the security scans are running properly. If there are any outstanding core or plugin updates that need to be applied we’ll get those taken care of as well.
